Notice to Members: Amendments to the Code of Professional Conduct
The Benchers of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador have approved amendments to the Code of Professional Conduct. The newly adopted rules and rule revisions are outlined in the appended memorandum.
Please note that the new rules and rule amendments are effective Monday, November 14, 2016.
