Notice to Members – Reporting Requirements
Dear Members:
We would like to remind you that members are required to report to the Executive Director immediately when they declare bankruptcy, submit a consumer proposal, have judgments registered against them, have been charged with an offence, or have plead guilty or been found guilty of an offence.
The applicable Rules are attached for your reference. You are reminded to review these Rules carefully as, in the event of a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal, a member is automatically suspended pending the review of the Executive Committee (Rule 9.29(3)).
