Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 Amendments and Practice Notes
Please be advised that the two amending resolutions modifying various provisions of Rule 57 of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 made by the Rules Committee of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador have now been gazetted on November 07, 2014.
